Where is Fishers To Go Available?
Currently, Fishers To Go is available at all four Fishers locations!
How do I order?
It's easy! Just go to FishersFoods.com, add items to your virtual cart, and check out. It's just like visiting the store, but online! Then you can select your pick-up or delivery time so you have your groceries on your schedule.
Is there a fee for ordering online?
Yes, there is a $4.95 Pick-up fee, however, at this time all Curbside Pick-up fees are waived to help offer our customers another option to shop safely!
Does Fishers To Go deliver?
Yes! Fishers to Go now delivers within a 10 mile radius of our Fulton, North Canton, 44th Street, and West Tuscarawas locations. The delivery fee is $9.95 within 2 miles, $1 for each additional mile. Delivery fees are waived for all orders over $150.
Is there a minimum or maximum order amount?
For grocery pick-up, there is a minimum of $35. For delivery, the minimum order amount is $50. There is no maximum amount.
When and how do I pay for my order?
You'll enter your credit card information on the ordering page and a hold will be placed for your order amount. However, the charge will not be finalized until you pick up your order or your order is delivered, to account for variances in product weight.
How much time do you need to prepare my order?
We can have your order ready for pick-up or delivery in as little as two hours. Time slots are available every day from 8AM to 7PM. The number of orders per time slot is limited.
Are ad items available for purchase with Fishers To Go?
Absolutely! Shopping online is just like shopping in store. All of our ad items are valid online.
Will the quality of my meat and produce items be the same if ordering online?
Yes, of course. When you order, your personal shopper will be picking up quality items from our butcher and seafood counter, produce section, bakery, deli and grocery areas just like if you were shopping yourself.
Can I use coupons when ordering with Fishers To Go?
Yes, you can use Digital Coupons with your online order. Clipped coupons will be applied automatically. Unfortunately we cannot accept paper coupons, since your order is already rung up and finalized before you arrive!
Can I order beer and wine with Fishers To Go?
Absolutely! You can order beer, wine and spirits for Pick-up or Delivery in accordance with Ohio liquor laws.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Fishers Gift Cards.
How are my groceries chosen?
After you place your online order, your personal shopper will grab a cart and begin collecting your items from our shelves, just like any other shopper. Just like if you were shopping in the store yourself, your personal shopper will take care to select the finest items for your family.
What do I do when I arrive at the store to pick up my order?
It's easy! Just pull into the reserved parking spots next to the store and call the phone number listed. Your personal shopper will be right out and even load your groceries into your car while you wait. It's never been easier to get your groceries!
How do I make a return?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return the product to the store for a refund. Please bring your receipt. Without a receipt, refunds will be made in the form of a Fishers gift card. For purchases over $10, refunds will be offered at the discretion of the store management. Refunds cannot be given on retailer gift cards, alcohol, cigarettes or any other item where refunds are not permitted by law.
